No I disagree...China or Japan have more history,emperors for being the bad or the good guys,DEEP filosophy and secrets beyond any imagination.The martial arts like karate and kungfu and the variety of of secret organizations, orders and wariors such as ninjas and samurai can create an ideal environment for an Assassin's Creed game.
