Once again, it's easier to see the Templars as bad and the Assassins as good instead of acknowledging that they're both in a grey area. The Borgia were just too villainous, they made the Templars look like stereotypical villains. The Templars in Assassin's Creed and Assassin's Creed: Revelations are constantly ignored...
