I knew it! I knew there would be something hidden in that code! I just didn't know how to translate it to English. I also noticed in the same trailer a quick shot of writing similar to Sixteen's wall messages that said "the end is the beginning". I havn't played AC1 in a while so I don't know if that was on the wall or not so I'm not 100% sure it's new info. But if it is, what does it mean for Desmond?
