In my opinion it is, it furthers the storyline somewhat and has a nice ending (Won't spoil it for you). Also, it's cool to go to a new location, play Hazard (A dice game at La Volpe Addormentata), and to hang out with Leonardo da Vinci's assistant, Salai. Overall, it's a cool DLC for both multiplayer and singleplayer content and should keep you busy until Revelations.
