The Pherai Camp

The Pherai Camp was a military camp in the West Taygetos Foothills in Messenia, Greece. It was located in the northern part of the region, to the east of Aipeia.

During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra explored the place.[1]
