Amasis II (died 526 BCE) was the last pharaoh of the Twenty-sixth Dynasty of Egypt before the Persian conquest.
During his reign, he constructed the Temple of Amun in Siwa, who later became one of the most important oracle sites in ancient antiquity.[1]
