The Akrokorinth Fort, also called Korinthian Military Fort, was a fort on the Akrokorinth in Korinthia, Greece. Found on top of the acropolis, this fort was occupied by a sizeable military force.
During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra explored the place, killed the polemarch and captains, burned their war supplies, and claimed their treasures.[1] At the request of Alkibiades, Kassandra delivered a package to Bardas, stationed at the fort.[2]
