The Agora, also called the Hippodamian agora after the architect Hippodamos,[1] was an agora located in Port of Piraeus in Attika, Greece. It served as the region's marketplace for the retail traders, known as the kapeloi.[2] During the Peloponnesian War, the misthios Kassandra visited the heavily-guarded market.[3]
