The Chalice - The Chalice was not actually a Piece of Eden, but a living person. It is speculated that The Chalice is the decendent of Jesus Christ. It is said that The Chalice has the power to control mankind. Before the Templars could use her, the current Chalice, Adha, was killed.
Apples of Eden - At least 6 are in existence. These were created to control human's minds and create illusions. They are also able to project a map of Earth with the locations of all Pieces of Eden marked.
Staves of Eden - For every Apple there is a Staff. The Staves share similar powers with the Apples and have been use by leaders throughtout history. Every Staff is capable of being combined with an Apple, increasing they're power. A descendent of the First Civilization can use a Stave and Apple to unlock the Vault.
Swords of Eden - Granted power and leadership.
Shards of Eden - Acted as electromagnetic shields.
The Shroud - Possesed healing powers.
The Ankh - Possesed the power of resurrection.
Crystal Skulls - The Skulls were scattered around Central America and allowed for telepathic communication between holders.
Crystal Balls - Allowed the holder to enter the nexus and communicate with the First Civilization.
Grand Temple Key - This Piece allowed entrace into the Grand Temple when combined with three ancient power sources.

Italy - Renaissance[edit | edit source]
When Rodrigo Borgia became Grand Master of the Templar Order in 1476, the Templars made plans to take over the main cities of Italy: Milan, Florence, Venice, and Rome.
First, the templars assassinated the Duke of Milan, gaining control in the city and weakening Florence's alliances. Borgia made an alliance with Pope Sixtus IV and gained control in Rome.
He enlisted the help of the House of Pazzi to start a conspiracy and remove the Medici Dynasty from control of Florence. The assassin Giovanni Auditore da Firenze was betrayed and killed with his sons to ensure that the Medici would be unprotected. Mario and Ezio Auditore fought for the Medici, killed the Pazzi, and saved Florence.
After the failure in Florence, Borgia placedCarlo Grimaldi and the House of Barbarigo in Venice to usurp control. Ezio arrived and assassinated Emilio Barbargio who was terrorizing the merchants. Later, Grimaldi poisoned the Doge of Venice, only to be killed by Ezio. Borgia placed Marco Barbargio as Doge of France with Silvio at his right hand. Ezio later killed both of them and the Assassin Order placed their ally Agostino Barbargio as Doge.
At this time, Ezio stole the Apple of Eden and escaped to Forli. Soon after, the Orsi brothers were hired by Borgia to burn the city and recover the Apple. However, Ezio, stopped them and killed them both but lost the Apple.
Rodrigo Borgia then became the Pope of Rome and obtained the Papal Staff of Eden. He attempted to enter the Vatican Vault but was stopped by Ezio.
