David
David (c. 1040 BCE – 970 BCE) was the third monarch of the Kingdom of Israel, succeeding the two-person House of Saul's last member Ish-bosheth c. 1003 BCE. According to the Hebrew Bible, he reigned until 970 BCE and was succeeded after death by his son Solomon, which thereafter established the House of David.[1]
Biography[edit | edit source]
During his lifetime, he possessed a Shroud of Eden, which was believed to have aided him in his fight against Goliath.[2]
Legacy[edit | edit source]
In 2012, the Assassin Clay Kaczmarek collected details on David's life while Abstergo Industries held him captive at their Animus Project laboratory in Rome. He then hid the information within the Animus 1.28 in Glyph puzzles for his successor, Desmond Miles, to find.[2] Sometime in early September,[3] Desmond solved the puzzle set titled "Keep On Seeking, And You Will Find", in which David was included in a list of historic individuals revealed to have possessed a Shroud of Eden.[2]
