The Samurai Quarters

The Samurai Quarters was a barracks for the samurai situated in Sumoto in Awaji, Japan.

History[edit | edit source]

In 1585, the Kakushiba ikki members Fujibayashi Naoe and Yasuke infiltrated the quarters after learning that the Japanese Templar and Kimura Yukari's spymaster Yasuhira lived in its residence. Sneaking inside, they found correspondence with a contact known as H. and a black mask. They were soon interrupted by their apparent target and then bested them in a fight. However, before they could kill him, he revealed himself to be Shokichi, Hanzō's contact and former spy for Yasuhira. Learning that they were tricked, the pair were given a note about a female spy meeting Yasuhira at Yura Minato Shrine. With this, they let Shokichi go before heading to the shrine to investigate.[1]

After successfully defeating Yukari,[2] Naoe and Yasuke infiltrated the quarters again after they traveled to Yura and met with a concerned trader at Yura's docks. Helping the trader acquire her food crates for the Imperial family, they entered into the premise, found the crate within one of its storages, and recovered it for the trader.[3]
