Linforda was a bandit camp located in northern Oxenefordscire, England.
History[edit | edit source]
Circa 874, the Viking Eivor Varinsdottir arrived near Linforda to search for her adoptive brother, Sigurd Styrbjornsson, and the Hidden Ones Basim Ibn Ishaq. On the riverside of Linforda, Eivor found Sigurd and Basim talking about allying themselves with the holy woman, Fulke.[1] Throughout her journey, Eivor also claimed a nickel ingot after stealing it from a bandit's personal effects with the camp.[2]
