Treaure or Trouble was a virtual representation of one of Kassandra's genetic memories, relived by Layla Hassan through the Portable Animus HR-8.5.

Description

In the eastern Helot Hills in Lakonia Kassandra was asked by an unfamiliar woman to recover a vase that once belonged to her own family.

Dialogue

• Kassandra: Chaire. Is there something you need?
• Woman: Can you confirm something for me, misthios? I heard Myrrine of house Agiad was back.

Choice 1: You heard right.

• Kassandra: Yes, she's back. And I'm related to her.
• Woman: You should be ashamed of yourself, misthios. Your family has done nothing but bring shame to Sparta. I wish I had never laid eyes on you.

Quest failed.

Choice 2 : (Lie) You heard wrong.

• Kassandra: Those stories aren't true. Myrrine of Sparta will never come back here.
• Woman: Thank the gods. I looted a family vase from their house, and it was confiscated by a commander. I'd be dead if they knew I had something to do with it, but boy, is that house a trove of riches.
• Kassandra: You want me to retrieve it, right?
• Woman: By the gods, I need it back. In one piece, please.
• Kassandra: I'll do it.
• Woman: Ha, you really are a brave one.

Kassandra traveled to the nearby Fort of Praisai on the peninsula of Zarax Point. The valuables were stored outside the walls on the overlook. She returned them to the scavenger.

• Woman: Tell me it's been handled, misthios.
• Kassandra: It' all yours.
• Woman: Payment well earned, mercenary. Take this as thanks.

Outcome

Kassandra retrieved some treasures taken from her own house to the scavenger.
