Wakanoura Bay

Wakanoura Bay was a sub-region in Kii during the Sengoku period, situated west of Negoro-ji and north of Saika and Sazae Oni Shores.[1]

In 1582, the sub-region was traversed by the Kakushiba ikki members Fujibayashi Naoe and Yasuke, who established a kakurega in the area.[1]
