Oh sure, ignore all the slave owner pot heads of the Colonials. And ignore how they treated the natives, took away their culture, their crimes and so on. Not saying the Loyalists were perfect, hell no. But still.

The Loyalists have been depicted SOOOOOOOOOO many times as bad guys. The Patriot being a example. Even certain strategy games paint the Americans as good guys. People are really sick of the whole MERICA RA RAA! SUPPORT THE TROOPS! theme in games, and AC has been neutral up till AC:R, and America vs Britain? people were worried. And it took Ubisoft about...6 months to show it? since the game was announced in March, I believe?
