i think this year is going to be a spin off, not ac3, they could only do acb bcoz they already had the characters and setting was the same, with a new setting there would be big change and there would be a lot of new characters, i hope that if it is a spin off then i want a game on altair with all the improvements. the bloodlines storyline would be good but double the length.
