I love Hitman's stealth, though I do think the only feature that makes it have "Social Stealth" is the disguises or blending in with them. I would say that Hitman has a very good overall sealth system, but Assassin's Creed emphasis more on "Social Stealth" then "Line of Sight Breaking" or "Hiding In The Shadows".
