So does Far Cry 3. And in ACB you had to repair the tunnel entrances. Plenty of games have it but it usually comes with the story so you don't get bored. The AC3 one got boring since it was glitchy and all that. And if they have it in AC4, I would first unlock all the fast travel points. I would even dodge powerful ships and try to unlock them quickly so as to avoid pointless sailing.
