Overall, yes. All the stuff we loved in AC2, plus some very good improvements from the new engine. This is what AC3 should have been.

The only complaint I have is the mute moron we're being in modern day. The gameplay in MD is good, but it's just painful to watch when they try to force interaction between other NPCs and you, and you're silent all the time. It's seriously awkward.
