In interesting idea except that Mussolini was killed in 1945 not 43. Similar to Cesere, who was captured and inprisoned in spain only to escape and get to Nevarre and get killed in a battle with the spanish. Mussolini was captured and was rescued by German special forces only to get captured in his attempted escape to the north and executed.

Hmm for the machine gun I can definitely see a counter attack where you like knock the barrel verticle and force a round.. But that would get the game fairly graphic.
