I think there's a chance of the next one be in brazil. First, sebastian puel alredy said it would make a great seting, because the architecture and the history. second, rigth now there's a contest happening in deviantart, asking for the users to think how would be a AC in brazil. and one of the judges is...ubi brazil. so i think they are really thinking about it.(here's the contest link btw, there are some really bad but also some great ones http://brasil.deviantart.com/gallery/37998664)
