We've been all over the Middle East. Europe has been acounted for in side story and apprentice missions. America's got an Assassin and his story can overlap into Europe and South America (Father / Mayan mission thingy). All thats left is Africa and the Far East. We already have an Assassin line in China (Shao Jun) and most of Africa's history is undocumented.

South East Asia would be a prime candidate.
