Honestly the game was amazing(and frustrating with ridiculous optional objectives) but the modern story was disapointing. I mean there were only three missions none of them epic except the return to abtergo mission but even then the death of Daniel Cross was just...meh. Speaking of Daniel he was not even threatening I found it unbelievable we beat him so easily he had years of experience and even the bleeding effect yet he was easily disarmed and knocked out. The mission structure was weird you just go to your location, finish and then automatically back at the Grand Temple. As said before Desmond's death was unesasary I mean it seems like they took ideas from Mass Effect 3 ending, walking towards then speeding up then touch power source then die. But good thing the Connor gameplay held up even though it felt like one man against templar order.
