That's alright, there was a source I found on the Dev Diary Part 3 of Assassin's Creed 3 that strongly implied there would be dual hidden blades in AC3. If you scroll down to where I posted my questions there is a link that will take you to Dev Diary Part 3... it's an article. Read it and you'll see that it's implied... very strongly that the dual hidden blades are making a return...
