I think that they are going into the direction of Desmond's story next. Also i think the events that go on at the end of Brotherhood suggest that Desmond and Lucy will be taken to a different place/dimension/planet and his story will be about learning how humans came to be the way they are and he is the one to stop the Templars from getting what they want (bring back order and balance). I think that would be a good thing to do but I also think they should put in place the animus as side missions and the online content??? I have loads of ideas!!!!!
