From the sound of it, this is not AC III, because that is supposed to be released in 2012. It is like Brotherhood in that it is a big part of the story and stuff, but it doesn't sound like it'll switch to a new character (who knows, they may use the new character in this and then expand their role in AC III). It looks like it'll be based around Altair, or one of his really close descendents, because of the Arabic writing in the trailer that spells out Altair's name.
