Not really what he meant Joker. He means that if you look at the state of Youtube in general, it's got a majority of trolls as its userbase. Either that, or the trolls are the only ones that comment regularly. That's not a generalization, that's saying that the majority falls under one category and the minority of non-troll users generally keep quiet (possibly because they don't want to interact with said trolls)
