Well, now that you have the badges, you just need to customize them and give them names. You'll probably want to make something like this as we did on my wiki, to put it on the main page. Also a message in the Sitenotice would be a great idea. Imo, I don't think that a new policy should be made about it. It would be one line long, and you can add it in the blog of the badges. Just tell the community to not edit and add pics just to get points, although that's uncommon in the wiki I edit. Finally, have fun, they are a really cool feature :D
