No, here it's the opposite. I can understand that when you really like him as an idol, then I can understand what you're coming from. But seeing them all as equal, then I thought Desmond's death was tragic, because he was really forced doing this. And he had a much shorter life than Ezio. Ezio all in all had a rather fulfilling life where he had lots of accomplishments in his life as an Assassin and his personal life.
