Not exactly. First, Brotherhood is *not* Assassin's Creed III; AC III is scheduled for 2012. AC: B is a direct sequel of Ezio's story in AC II.

Plus, you have more than three blades in AC: B. Just look at all the apprentices and count how many hidden blades in total you have at your service.
