For sure, that's why I said her ambitions were not evil in any way, apart from the fact that Clay was left alone. That's definitely true about ignoring the AC and ACR templars, I don't think many people actually listen to what Altair and Al Mualim spoke about between assassination memories, and to what Ahmet said with Ezio. It comes down more to one's belief, not what is simply right or wrong.
