This is how you hunt. Just spam-click the shoot button with bow equipped. You will shoot several arrows in a row and you can always regain them by skinning the animal. Not to mention Connor shoots everything in sight so you don't have to bother looking for animals. Never waste time aiming or pulling back on the bow. Its pointless.
