Actually that applies to all places. Not everyone around here is good in English. There is a reason why I always got in the top 5 for English. And most cases its because the Teacher reads the stuff I write as slang and the posh words I use can't be understood without a dictionary that I don't get number one position. Also the fact that the English teachers at my previous school were mostly hopeless. I always lose the final few marks due to carelessness. While the top guy would get 96 or 97 I would only be 95 due to a stupid mistake somewhere also due to the fact that my hand-writing is horrible.
