If your idea is for a future game, then I agree with it.

A few things, though:

I don't exactly get how the underwater blowdarts would work. Do you mean actually using blowdarts underwater? I don't think that'd be very effective.

As for the ACW, I don't think the world should be the same as AC3's world, at least in terms of the cities we'd see. While they would have been larger with more developed architecture, I'd like to see other cities besides New York and Boston. Perhaps at least one or two cities from both the USA and CSA?
