I'd like it to be in Lithuania for the reasons of, good architecture, you have a good source of history( it has a large force of teutonic knights a.k.a knights templar), you have a good backbone of political and cultural change, in altair's codex you see that what looks like a temple or P.O.E to be around the vacinity of Lithuania, that or the baltic states in general. But let's not worry about that because Assassin's Creed: Revelations hasn't even come out yet.
