Facepalm...Okay lets go to adam and eve they are the ones with the trait right (more humans could have broken away but lets stick with these two for now) they have 3 kids --- one dies--- the other two have kids with their mom -eeeuuuwww- but each one of them have multiple children and they break off going their seperate ways over thousands of years and one side has altair the other ezio and they meet at desmond. So yes its in our blood and no the series isnt falling apart
