No... if Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood was "Assassin's Creed II Part 2 then it would have been called as such... Brotherhood is just Brotherhood. Why does it have to be "III" or "Part 2"? The sequel to AC2 doesn't obviously have to be AC3...
