So this is basically a timeline of events in Desmonds life starting from the farm (i.e.) IRemember Black hills all that. Also his initiation to the order (i.e.) Nothing is true everything is permitted. His escape from the farm ESCAPE. The one S16 entry is I Am Not Alive, probably the date he killed himself. JustAddGin is most likely a refrence to Desmonds bar tending days. AreYouDesmondMiles is probably when Abstergo found him. The last one, Bastards is also what Desmond says to Vidic the first time hes in the Animus.
