Man, don't you get it that Desmond relives the memories of his ancestor via his DNA? All memories Ezio received are passed on to the child, any memories received until after the child is conceived can't be passed on therefore. And I highly doubt Ezio would've conceived a child after he died.

There is no way around it. Just accept it, man.
