I thought it could be Vivic was holding a press confrence in New York so Desmond was going to be sent to assassinate him. I have always wanted to climb the Empire State Building and the Statue of Liberty. Ever since Spider-man 2 at least. And Italy doesn't have as many skyscrapers now does it.
