We judge him foolish because we learn a lot from Ezio and Altaïr, he wasnt born into the Order, he wanst born a rich spoiled boy on a great city, he received little knowledge about his Order and their enemies, he grew isolated from the cities, he had no father or master except for a bitter old man, he had to fight in two wars that he never had a chance to understand and had to face tragedy, betrayal and suffering since he was FIVE.
