@ Rossko Well Assassin-Rayne said the Assassin Seal on Ezio's hand was small and cannot be noticed, so i posted some pics showing how the seal is missing in AC:BrotherHood. Cometo think of Brotherhood does take place 10years after he gets the seal. Chances of healing, maybe. After all it's just a burn isn't it...
