Victorian England is great, there are so many places like Africa , India , Taiwan. But the ripper idea is interesting, weird but interesting. Tell me more about it.( I made this blog to hear every idea) Also and the Germany scenario could be in the fall of the roman empire, german barbarians triying to loot the falling empire.
