It will be interesting to see if that is the case. This is the time when Ubisoft wants people talking about how great their game is going to be, and this whole discussion kind of slashed the tires on that. Their competition is even using it against them, so it will be interesting to see if/how it affects their choices as a company going forward.

Really, it's a bummer this is going on, for reasons on both sides. Maybe we can all learning something from this? :D
