we have punctuation for a reason.lucy was raised seperate from the assassins for the sole purpose of infiltrating abstergo.vidic found out she was an assassin and convinced her to betray them by making her feel abbandoned.she was planning to take the apple and possiblly kill desmond,rebbecca and shaun.juno knew this and so killed her to prevent the apple from being taken.clay also knew she was a traitor,which is all revealed in the lost archive dlc,but we don't know why he said nothing about it to desmond.and whether or not she really liked desmond at all remains to be seen
