I honestly think Ubisoft just pulled it out of there ass. I mean come on, Lucy seemed so genuine and actually cared for Desmond but now it's like se never mattered. Lucy shouldn't have died. If she needed too then there should have been a different reason. This was just lazy to make her a Templar.
