I don't get one thing. If she was a Tempar and she relayed everything the assassins did to her superiors, does this mean that Abstergo knows about the Solar Flare ? At the beginning of AC2 she even mentioned she suspected there is something more important then the war between the Assassins and the Tempars. Any thoughts?
