No I checked. After you talk to Lucy outside the villa, you won't see her again till Sequence 9. And look you said they got a map of POEs. No, they got a map of where the POEs were in 1191. They have changes hands adter that, in ACII Ezio's Apple comes from Cyprus, but there was no mark on Cyprus. So the map is basically useless, except for a few of the Pieces I suppose.
