I doubt Bellec is the leader; why would he busy himself with meeting Arno for that mission with Sivert then? No, I think Bellec is just an Assassin/Master Assassin assigned to train Arno, and is keen to get away from his apprentice as soon as possible.

I would've hoped for a different Ezio outfit as well, but they've used it for two games now, so I doubt they'd suddenly switch to the AC2/Revelations' outfit.
