Actually, there are five Assassin Woman: Teodora, Puola (can't rememebr if that is the right spelling), Lucy, Rebecca, and Ittani. And all of them have fought: Teodora and Puola fought with the rest of the assassins in Rome while Ezio snuck in to kill Rodrigo, Lucy fought with Desmons to escape Asbstergo and at the end of AC II as well, and Ittani was the one that killed Cleopatra.
